Warning, you might need to “motherlode” the game to get enough funds to start out with (but it’s really up to you). This can be done on PC or console version of the Sims 4 (Xbox or PS4).
Now the start up:
- A minimum of one “young adult” sim (or older), it’s easier with multiple adults (I recommend starting with 3 adults)
- Build a home with 8 bedrooms. Everything else is optional (kitchen, play room, living room, etc.). Give it at least one bathroom so people can relieve themselves
- DO NOT make any children in “Create a sim”, ONLY ADULTS
- To add to the challenge, start the challenge with a minimum of 10,000 simoleons. It cost 1,000 to adopt a sim baby (this could have possibly changed since the last update, not sure)
- The oldest sims baby you can adopt is a “child”, you can always cheat to age up the sims as well
Once your adult(s) sims are settled into their big home, start adopting children! You can do this by selecting the computer or phone your sims have, “Services” and then “adopt”. Do this until the entire household is filled (as in you can no longer adopt children).
