With the release of Streamlabs OBS for Mac, a common question is “Why can’t I capture desktop audio?”. Unlike Windows, macOS does not have any system-level audio routing. This means that individual apps can’t access audio signal from other apps out of the box. However, there are third party solutions that can accomplish this. Twitch Studio is able to do this through the single USB link, but performance sucks. Capturing Desktop Audio In Streamlabs Obs For Mac Download

I'm using MacBook 2018 Bootcamp and in Windows 10.
Microphone is working fine but I can't hear the game/desktop audio at all. I think it has to do something with 'Apple Audio driver', I'm not sure.
Solutions I tried so far:
-Uninstalling and re-installing.
-Setting audio output to default and to speakers, I even tried headphones.
-Unchecked 'Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device'.
-Adding 'Audio Output capture' on sources.
-Not even OBS classic work.

Streamlabs No Desktop Audio
In the capture you see a ‘loop’ of video captures by having the Streamlabs OBS preview on the screen. If you move the application window away when recording, that effect disappears. Remember that if you also want to record the audio, you must separately add the input source of a microphone that you have connected and separately the audio.
